1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the CodeCourier platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using CodeCourier on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Services
CodeCourier provides an AI-powered autonomous engineering platform that includes:
- AI Agent Platform: Autonomous agents that understand codebases and execute engineering tasks
- Agent Workflows: Configurable pipelines for code generation, testing, deployment, and review
- Secure Sandboxes: Isolated execution environments for running AI agent workloads
- Integrations: Connections with version control, CI/CD, and development tools
3. User Accounts
To use CodeCourier, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account, including actions taken by AI agents you configure
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CodeCourier only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- Use the platform to generate malicious code, malware, or any software intended to cause harm
- Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls
- Use AI agents to access, modify, or delete data you are not authorized to handle
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform
5. Intellectual Property
The CodeCourier platform, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by CodeCourier and protected by intellectual property laws. Code generated by AI agents using your codebase and configurations belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your code, data, or the outputs produced by agents operating on your behalf.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeCourier and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the platform settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For users within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall apply. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of CodeCourier after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
